Distance contracts are governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999, which also regulates sales of products via the Internet.
This law regulates the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility that the customer has as a natural person (consumer) to return the purchased product and be reimbursed.
This right cannot be exercised by legal persons and physical persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written communication must be sent to the supplier by registered letter with return receipt or other written form (fax, email) provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours, all within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
Please note that when the purchase of a good is combined with another good that is given away/included free of charge, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods purchased, given the constraint of the accessory nature of the good in promotion compared to the first.
The Customer will only be responsible for the shipping costs of the product.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the returned product is not intact, and more specifically if one or more of the following situations exist:

  • Missing original packaging.
  • Absence of one or more elements/components that are part of the product.
  • Damage/tampering with the product.
  • Opening of originally sealed products

In the event that a Customer has purchased from our "e-commerce" site A.D.O. Medical and wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must proceed as follows:

  • Notify A.D.O. Medical by telephone at: 051.302471 or by sending an email to info@adomedical.it indicating the invoice issue date, invoice number and code and/or description of the product/s you intend to return, whether in the case of a partial or total return.
  • Send to A.D.O. Medical a registered letter with return receipt (within 10 working days of receiving the goods), with a written and signed declaration containing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, summarizing all the data indicated above and requested to: A.D.O. Medical srl, Via del Tipografo, 2/2 - 40138 Bologna (BO)
  • Carefully package the product and ship it using a courier of your choice. The product must be packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained. Also attach a copy of the purchase invoice. In the event of a return, to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box for shipping.
  • Send the product to the address: A.D.O. Medical srl, Via del Tipografo, 2/2 - 40138 Bologna (BO) - Reason: RETURN OF GOODS

Please note that the costs related to the return of goods will not be refunded.
A.D.O. Medical will not collect packages CASH ON DELIVERY OR CARRIAGE ASSIGNED.
If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss during transport, A.D.O. Medical reserves the right to charge any damage incurred by withholding it from the sums to be refunded or requesting it directly from the buyer.
A.D.O. Medical will proceed within 30 working days following receipt of the returned goods (art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999), with the issuing of the credit note relating to the returned goods and net of shipping costs.

The credit note will be refunded via bank transfer, consequently the Customer must communicate to A.D.O. Medical the details of his/her supporting bank and relative IBAN.
