Payment Methods

Payment can be made using one of the following methods:

PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD
Secure payment via Credit Card, even for customers not registered with PayPal
ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER.
In the case of Advance Bank Transfer, please note that the order will be processed only after the payment has been confirmed.

CASH ON DELIVERY with a 3% surcharge (payable to the courier for cash handling fees)
Minimum charge of EURO 3.00 (+ VAT as required by law).
Note: The CASH ON DELIVERY option is temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 emergency (following a specific request from the couriers’ union to reduce the risk of contagion).

Goods are always shipped ex-warehouse, and transport costs are charged at cost (unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both parties).
Packaging or shipping method choices, as required by transport laws and regulations, are considered as pre-accepted by the customer.
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight/volume of the ordered items and will be displayed after adding a product to the cart.
Shipping fees include packaging costs. A.D.O. Medical reserves the right to increase packaging fees based on the environmental contribution required by CONAI, according to Legislative Decree no. 22 of 05/02/1997.

Shipping

DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders are expected to be processed within a maximum of 30 working days (Legislative Decree no. 185/1999) from the day following the transmission of the order to A.D.O. Medical (the expected days are not binding and apply only to products in stock).
Typically, the actual delivery time for products available in the warehouse is 2–8 working days.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
Any delays shall not give rise to complaints, claims for compensation, or justify order cancellation.

Orders received may also be partially fulfilled depending on stock availability or the production lead time of the manufacturer.

DAMAGED GOODS:

If upon delivery the package shows visible signs of tampering or damage that may have compromised the integrity of the contents, the Customer must make a note of their observations on the receipt presented by the courier (SIGNING WITH RESERVATION).
