Payment Methods

Payment can be made using one of the following methods:

PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD
Secure payment by credit card, also available for customers who are not registered with Paypal
ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER.
In case of Advance Bank Transfer, please note that the order will be processed only after confirmation of payment.

NB: The CASH ON DELIVERY option is temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 emergency (following a specific request from courier unions to limit the risk of infection).

Goods are always supplied ex-warehouse and transport costs are charged at cost price (unless otherwise agreed in writing and previously signed by both parties).
The choice of packaging or shipping methods, imposed by transport laws and regulations, is considered accepted in advance by the customer.
Transport costs will be calculated according to the weight/volume of the ordered items and will be visible after adding a product to the cart.
Shipping costs include packaging expenses. A.D.O. Medical reserves the right to increase packaging costs according to the environmental contribution required by CONAI, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 22 of 05/02/1997. NB.

Shipping

DELIVERY TIMES:

Order processing times are expected within a maximum of 30 working days (Legislative Decree no. 185/1999) starting from the day following the transmission of the order to A.D.O. Medical (the indicated times are not binding and refer exclusively to products in stock).
Usually the actual delivery times for products available in stock correspond to 2–8 working days.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
Any delays cannot therefore give rise to complaints, compensation claims or justify order cancellation.

Orders received may also be processed partially depending on warehouse availability or the manufacturer's product preparation time.

DAMAGE TO GOODS:

If, at the time of delivery, the package shows evident signs of tampering or damage that may have compromised the integrity of its contents, the Customer must indicate their observations on the receipt presented by the courier (SIGNING WITH RESERVATION).

SHIPPING COSTS:

Goods are always supplied ex-warehouse and transport costs are charged to the customer (unless promotions or different written agreements previously agreed and signed between the parties apply).
The choice of packaging or shipping methods, imposed by transport laws and regulations, is considered accepted in advance by the customer.
Shipping costs include packaging expenses.
