General Features

VSL - Vacuum Safety Locking

The VSL (Vacuum Safety Locking) technology ensures a secure door closure through a motor, sealing the vacuum chamber. This system ensures that the door never opens during the sterilization cycle, minimizing risks and ensuring consistent and safe sterilization.

Water Purification System (ROSI)

Equipped with a ROSI system (reverse osmosis), the autoclave can be connected to the water supply, purifying the water with 0.0001 micron microfilters, ensuring ultra-pure water for the sterilization cycle. This system is optional but significantly enhances the performance and longevity of the autoclave.

Water Quality Meter

An integrated conductivity meter monitors water quality in real-time, signaling any impurities. This allows for constant monitoring of water purity, essential for ensuring optimal sterilization cycles.

USB Archive

The autoclave automatically records sterilization cycles on a USB flash drive, which can then be connected to a PC via the provided software for easy and secure data storage. The connection to the data logger is optional for even more advanced data management.

Multilingual and User-Friendly Display

The easy-to-use display, available in multiple languages, allows navigation through various sterilization options with just 4 buttons. It displays information on cycles, errors, and indicates when assistance is needed.

Integrated Thermal Printer

The integrated thermal printer allows for printing a detailed report for each sterilization cycle. This paper document can be attached to files for complete traceability of the process.

ADDITIONAL: OSMO3

Osmosis system consisting of a carbon pre-filter, followed by a reverse osmosis membrane resulting in high-quality purified water ready for use in the sterilizer. It can be placed anywhere, even 5 meters from the autoclave, and requires no electrical connection. It operates with the incoming water pressure.
