30° Inclined Siedentopf Binocular Head

The EX5BP features a 30° inclined Siedentopf binocular head, offering ergonomic and comfortable observation for extended periods. WF10x/18mm eyepieces provide a wide, clear field of view, perfect for examining samples in detail. The interpupillary distance adjustment (50–75mm) allows easy adaptation of the viewing angle, enhancing user comfort.

Plan-Achromatic Optical System and Achromatic Objectives

The EX5BP is equipped with DIN 160mm achromatic objectives, delivering high-quality images with reduced chromatic aberration. Included objectives:

• 4X / 0.10 - Low magnification observations
• 10X / 0.25 - Medium enlargements
• 40x / 0.65 (s.) - High enlargements

Abbe Condenser A.N. 1.25 with Iris Diaphragm

The EX5BP includes an Abbe condenser A.N. 1.25, offering optimal illumination and fine light adjustment. The iris diaphragm achieves ideal contrast for observations, while the Ø 32mm filter holder allows easy light adaptation for different samples. The system is height-adjustable via a rack-and-pinion knob, providing full lighting customization.

Coaxial Focusing with Friction and 0.002 mm Microdivision

The coaxial focusing system allows precise coarse and fine adjustments. The 0.002 mm microdivision ensures extremely accurate alignment during sample observation. The right-hand focus knob friction provides smooth, comfortable focus adjustment for different observation needs.
