The Moretti manual pressure meter is equipped with a nylon bracelet with Velcro closure and metal ring, which makes it easily adaptable to arms with a circumference adjustable from 26 cm to 36 cm. The measurement of blood pressure occurs manually, with a zero floating system, which allows the hand to move freely without stopping.

The PVC monopalla is equipped with a chrome-plated metal ball check valve, for optimal pressure management during measurement. The air tap is also in chromed metal and can be easily adjusted via a screw valve.

Ease of reading and functionality

The pressure gauge of this sphygmomanometer is designed to guarantee a simple and clear reading. With a white background, blue numbers and a black hand, the values are clearly visible. The graduated scale of the pressure meter goes from 0 to 300 mmHg with intervals of 2 mmHg. Unnumbered minor notches appear every 10 units, while the major notches are numbered every 20 units for easy reference.

Furthermore, the Moretti pressure meter is equipped with a phonendoscope, which allows you to listen to heartbeats during measurement, making the device perfect for complete and precise use.
