Dafilon® Bbraun is a synthetic suture non-absorbable nylon monofilament, composed of a polyamide 6/6.6 molecule of blue colour.
The dafilon® blue suture are indicated for the closure of superficial wounds, plastic surgery and neurosurgery.

Like all nylon sutures, although not absorbable, the suture hydrolysis process can determine a gradual loss of resistance over time.
