Materials and Technical Features

The harness is made from an innovative fabric called Slipstex, which is composed of 100% polyester. This material is highly durable, ensuring a long lifespan, and has high sliding properties that facilitate the positioning and lifting of the patient without difficulty. Additionally, the tear-resistant fabric ensures that the harness does not suffer damage during use, even under stress or repeated lifting. Its breathable nature minimizes sweating, improving comfort for the patient during prolonged use.

The structure of the harness is reinforced with a polyester webbing that runs around the entire perimeter of the harness, increasing the overall strength of the product. This webbing, which is continuous and precisely sewn along the entire edge, forms loops at the ends, creating various attachment points that allow for even weight distribution during lifting. The main goal of this design is to ensure the symmetry and safety of the patient, preventing the body from being lifted in an unbalanced manner.

Safety and Comfort

The harness is equipped with two guide rings strategically positioned to facilitate the correct positioning of the patient's legs during lifting. These rings help maintain the patient's posture stable and secure, reducing the risk of involuntary movements that could cause harm or discomfort.

To ensure greater durability and strength, the seams of the harness are made with high-strength polyester thread, which resists wear and high loads. Additionally, soft padding is present in both the back and thigh areas, providing comfortable support to the patient during lifting. This padding is designed to reduce pressure on sensitive points and to enhance the patient's comfort, even during prolonged periods of use.

Load Capacity and Certifications

The harness has been designed to support a maximum load of 250 kg, ensuring safety even for heavier patients. It has been rigorously tested by an accredited institute according to the standards of the technical regulation UNI EN ISO 10535, which governs the safety and reliability of patient lifting devices.
