Lyoplant® by BBRAUN Aesculap is a biological collagen implant intended for the replacement and extension of connective tissue structures in neurosurgery.
Made from lyophilized bovine pericardium, it is designed as a functional dura mater substitute, tear-resistant and resorbable. It can be adapted to the area to be treated and secured with sutures during neurosurgical procedures.
Lyoplant® is indicated for the reconstruction and enlargement of the dura mater in cranial and spinal surgeries, according to the manufacturer's instructions for use.
