Lyostypt® - absorbable collagen hemostatic agent

Lyostypt® by BBRAUN is a local hemostatic sponge made of collagen used as support in controlling bleeding during surgical procedures.

It is indicated for the hemostasis of capillary bleeding, diffuse hemorrhages, and bleeding from parenchymal organs, as well as a complement to other hemostatic techniques. The collagen structure promotes platelet adhesion and clot formation at the application site.

Lyostypt® is resorbable and can be adapted to the size of the area to be treated, making it suitable for various surgical fields.
