The cold treatment is recommended in case of recent injuries, acute inflammations, sprains, bruises, or swelling.

• Place the pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
• Once cooled, wrap it in a cloth and apply it to the affected area for about 15-20 minutes.
• The cold acts quickly, reducing pain and inflammation.

Usage Instructions – Hot Treatment
