If you want to make a cold treatment just leave the product in the freezer for about 1 hour.
If you want to make a heat treatment, insert the bag into a container with hot water for about 1 minute (max 80°C), or it could be inserted in the microwave, the gel must first be distributed in the sack homogeneously, then put it in the microwave for 25 seconds to no more than 600 Watt.
Place a cloth or protective cover between the bag and the skin. Stop the application for 30 minutes after using the bag for more than 20 minutes. If you are uncertain whether to use cold or hot sack, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
