Enbio S is the ideal solution for healthcare professionals looking for a reliable, fast autoclave that is easy to integrate into the operational space. Its compact design of only 25 cm in width allows for easy placement even in environments with limited surfaces, without sacrificing load capacity or sterilization performance.
Thanks to Class B sterilization with fractional vacuum technology, Enbio S guarantees high standards for the treatment of instruments, even complex ones, ensuring an effective process that meets the needs of medical environments. The rapid cycle allows for the sterilization of unwrapped instruments in just 7 minutes, while the wrapped cycle at 134°C takes 15 minutes. A wrapped cycle at 121°C is also available, taking 30 minutes.
The chamber allows for the treatment of up to 8 pouches per cycle, with a usable space of 28.5 × 18 × 3.3 cm and a recommended batch weight of up to 0.5 kg.
The touchscreen interface is designed to be intuitive and immediate. The quick start of the program simplifies daily management, reducing staff training times and making practical use even in the most dynamic contexts.
All processes are automatically saved to a USB stick, simplifying the storage and consultation of cycles. Additionally, through my.enbio app, it is possible to access process reports and keep documentation more organized.
Enbio S operates on a power supply of 220-240 V / 50 Hz, with a nominal power of 2.25 kW, a maximum current draw of 10 A, an operating pressure of 2.1 bar, a maximum pressure of 2.45 bar, and a maximum process temperature of 137°C. It uses demineralized water from an external tank, with conductivity below 15 μS/cm. The chamber volume is 2.7 liters and the declared protection rating is IP20.
