Cleaning and disinfection

• Immersion and cleaning with brush
• Chemical disinfection: 15 minutes with B. Braun Stabimed 2%

Mechanics:

• Alkaline cleaning with thermal disinfection
• Thermal disinfection: 90°C for 5 minutes
• Drying according to Digit 4 RDS Material program

Sterilization

Validated steam:

• Fractionated vacuum at 134°C
• Holding time: 5 minutes

To prevent friction corrosion, always lubricate joints and metal surfaces subject to rubbing before sterilization.
